Requirements
Must:
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory; must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
- Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- Over 5 years of experience in IT Project Management, particularly in extensive enterprise modernization initiatives
- Proven experience in managing Identity & Access Management or cybersecurity programs within federal settings
- Background in overseeing migrations from legacy systems to modern platforms
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid approaches)
- Excellent documentation, communication, and skills for executive briefings
Responsibilities
- Direct the planning, execution, and completion of IAM modernization projects, focusing on legacy system migration to contemporary cloud infrastructures
- Create and uphold project timelines, milestones, and deliverables that comply with federal contract specifications
- Identify and address risks, dependencies, and challenges; implement mitigation strategies and escalation paths
- Ensure adherence to Zero Trust architectural standards and federal cybersecurity requirements
- Act as the primary liaison with government program leaders, security teams, and technical stakeholders
- Organize governance meetings, sprint reviews, and executive presentations
- Convert technical engineering progress into understandable program updates and executive summaries
- Oversee Agile project execution using either Scrum or hybrid Agile approaches
- Manage coordination among IAM engineers, cloud engineers, PAM experts, and Tier 3 operational teams
- Maintain backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery metrics
- Confirm that project documentation aligns with federal compliance standards including NIST 800-53 / 800-63, FISMA, FedRAMP, and Zero Trust Maturity Model
- Supervise the creation of project documentation such as SOPs, architecture diagrams, ATO artifacts, migration strategies, and operational runbooks
- Assist with audits, ATO processes, and governance reviews

This position offers an opportunity to manage the transition from outdated identity infrastructures to advanced cloud and Zero Trust solutions. As the principal customer-facing lead, you will collaborate with engineering teams, government stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure that our objectives regarding schedule, scope, risk, and compliance are met in an Agile environment.
