Requirements
Must:
I need a contractor with proven full-stack development experience, particularly in Node.js (ESM), Vercel deployments, and serverless functions. You should be familiar with voice AI technologies such as ElevenLabs and have experience with telephony integrations like Twilio or similar. A strong background in Shopify app development, API utilization, and custom POS workflows is essential. Additionally, you should have knowledge of payment gateways like Stripe and multi-tenant SaaS architectures. The ability to document progress clearly and collaborate on updating design documents and roadmaps as features are released is also necessary.
Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to implement and refine our voice assistant “Dave” using ElevenLabs and Twilio for managing phone orders, ensuring smooth interactions and order processing. You will develop and maintain custom Shopify apps and API connections that cater to restaurant-specific features, such as table mapping and kitchen printing, while integrating with our AI Restaurant app. You'll collaborate in executing our development roadmap, which includes working on multi-tenant orchestration, endpoint configuration, and payment provider abstraction (including Stripe, Shopify, Square). You will also tackle technical challenges, such as connectivity problems, webhook integrations, and failover scenarios.
