Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution with 4 years of experience or a Masters degree in Computer Science with 2 years of experience, or a related combination of education and experience.
- Strong technical proficiency in Swift, Java, and Appium.
- Extensive experience in developing and testing native iOS applications.
- Experience with GIT and AWS is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of working independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Familiarity with healthcare or clinical settings is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Scrum team to design and build new native software integral to our product suite.
- Provide technical oversight in software design and development, ensuring seamless integration between technologies.
- Code, test, debug, document, and maintain applications adhering to established coding standards and methodologies.
- Engage in Scrum practices, conduct code reviews, and contribute to a high-performing, evolving team.
- Own specific components of the software architecture and guide the efforts of fellow team members.
- Guarantee that new software adheres to quality expectations through the implementation of unit and automated tests.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product-related issues promptly.
- Contribute to the design of user interfaces aimed at enhancing user experience.
- Support the application lifecycle through all phases, from concept to design, testing, release, and ongoing support, while following established processes.
- Collect requirements and propose solutions that bridge business needs with technological offerings.
- Partner with the product development team to strategize new features.
- Participate in planning and scoping meetings for upcoming projects.
- Collaborate across departments to tackle complex customer challenges.
- Manage and maintain project backlogs, adjusting priorities as business needs shift.
- Stay updated with emerging technology trends.
- Train, mentor, and guide the development of junior engineers.
