Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited institution or a Masters degree in Computer Science, with relevant experience in the field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, or 2 years with a Masters degree.
- Proficiency in AWS IoT and C# programming.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with XML, JSON, API Gateway, mySQL, and DynamoDB.
- Knowledge of Java, BPMN, DMN, CMMN, HL7 protocol, ElasticSearch, and Docker is a plus.
- Experience in an Agile development environment, particularly in Healthcare or clinical settings is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Scrum team to create new native software that will enhance our product offerings.
- Remain updated on emerging technology trends.
- Manage and organize project tasks and workload, adapting priorities as necessary.
- Work cross-functionally to address complex customer challenges.
- Engage in planning and scoping sessions for upcoming projects.
- Partner with the product development team to strategize on new features.
- Gather requirements and propose solutions, acting as a bridge between business needs and technological capabilities.
- Support the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, testing, release, and ongoing support.
- Assist with interface design to optimize user experience.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve product-related issues as they arise.
- Ensure software meets quality standards by writing unit and automated tests.
- Take ownership of architecture components and guide the contributions of others.
- Participate in Scrum practices, conduct code reviews, and contribute to building a high-performing team.
- Code, test, debug, document, and maintain software applications following established standards and methodologies.
