Requirements
Must:
- Over 7 years of practical experience with AWS and Azure
- Proficient in cloud governance, guardrails, and platform standards
- At least 5 years of experience in DevOps methodologies and deployment automation
- Minimum of 5 years in managing Linux operating systems
- 3 or more years utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Salt)
- Comprehensive experience with Azure DevOps
- Proven ability in designing high availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions
- Strong grasp of cloud networking and distributed systems
- Exceptional communication and documentation abilities
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and maintain foundational structures for AWS and Azure, including accounts, subscriptions, landing zones, and security measures
- Implement cloud best practices emphasizing reliability, scalability, observability, and compliance
- Design and oversee cloud networking elements (VPCs/VNets, routing, security protocols)
- Enhance platform reliability via automation, monitoring, and incident management
- Conduct root cause analysis to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and platform challenges
- Provision and oversee clusters, optimize performance, and secure configurations
- Work collaboratively with DevOps, application, data, and infrastructure teams
- Document architecture, standards, and operational workflows
- Identify opportunities for platform enhancements and propose actionable recommendations
- Facilitate technical discussions and effectively communicate solutions and decisions
