Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of relevant experience in product management within software delivery
- Technical expertise or hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and CPQ platforms like SalesForce and Oracle
- Knowledge of quote-to-cash processes, revenue recognition, pricing, and finance concepts
- Outstanding communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts for various audiences
- Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and make tough trade-off decisions
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability while fostering a high-performance culture across teams
- Ability to cultivate cross-functional team collaboration and coordination
- Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with analytics, engineering, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality requirements for smooth execution of the development lifecycle
- Take ownership of the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on their impact, feasibility, and stakeholder requirements within the revenue organization
- Drive alignment across product, engineering, sales, and service teams to enhance operational efficiency by streamlining complex workflows and improving user experience
- Conduct analysis, research, and observations of frontline teams utilizing enterprise systems to inform data-driven platform enhancements
- Lead product operations including intake, planning, prioritization, measurement, and reporting to boost quality and delivery speed
- Work alongside third-party vendors to evaluate emerging AI features and platform capabilities for informed upgrade investment decisions
