Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science
- Over 7 years of experience in enterprise or SaaS software development
- Proven track record in software architecture and system design
- Strong skills in code reviews, mentoring, and providing technical guidance
- Deep knowledge of Python (Django, Celery), SQL, Vue.js, and AWS (EMR, Glue, Redshift, etc.)
- Experience with APIs (MuleSoft, FastAPI), data modeling, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes, Docker, and Git-based workflows
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration abilities
- Bonus: Experience with ClickHouse, DDEX, ISRC, or music rights systems
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance back-end and front-end systems, APIs, and data pipelines
- Establish and refine system architecture for extensive royalty platforms
- Guide design decisions across services, data, and integrations
- Collaborate on data reconciliation, manage metadata, and handle royalty distribution
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure system reliability
- Monitor emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their relevance and proposing strategic adoption to improve system capabilities and advance business objectives
