Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline
- Two years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the specified role or a related occupation
- Two years of experience in developing robust data pipelines using Azure Synapse, Python, Microsoft Database, and BI tools such as Tableau
- Expertise in designing A/B testing strategies using programming languages such as Python and statistical tools like A/B testing calculators
- Proven ability to create advanced customer segmentation models using Python and machine learning libraries
- Experience in building predictive models for forecasting marketing performance utilizing Python, deep learning frameworks, and visualization tools
- Proficiency in analyzing and processing marketing and business performance data through Excel, Python, and data visualization platforms such as Domo, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Google Data Studio
- Skills in processing and aggregating data using databases, SQL, and cloud platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support data analysis and sustain data warehousing efforts
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data pipelines that integrate seamlessly with our business processes
- Create innovative A/B testing strategies to optimize marketing initiatives
- Build and refine customer segmentation models to enhance targeting accuracy
- Implement predictive analytics to forecast marketing performance and provide actionable insights
