Requirements
Must:

- Proven experience in training tooling professionals across various levels.
- Demonstrated ability to develop performance metrics for tooling operations.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement tool acquisition training programs.
- Create training modules for a web-based tool acquisition application.
- Standardize the tool request process among RAY, RIS, and other Raytheon tooling groups.
- Establish performance metrics for tool design and fabrication activities.
- Support the transition from ZITOOL to TPRS.
