Requirements
Must:
- A bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in LabVIEW software development with a focus on high-speed interfaces (FPGA, sRIO, SERDES, etc.).
- An active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance prior to the start date, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for such a clearance.
Responsibilities
- Define software specifications for test equipment used with space payloads.
- Design software architecture for test systems to ensure reliable operations.
- Develop software code to enable testing capabilities on hardware with high-speed interfaces.
- Integrate software with electrical, optical, and mechanical systems, as well as engineering units and space payloads.
- Create and execute test plans for validating test suites.
- Conduct validation testing of test equipment.
- Provide support for test equipment through to the completion of payload testing.
