Requirements
Must:
- Masters degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
- Limited professional experience of 12 months or less (excluding internships).
- Familiarity with systems requirements, integration, testing, software, and hardware.
Responsibilities
- Support core Systems Engineering activities by updating, developing, maintaining, and enhancing requirements and Concepts of Operations (CONOPS).
- Create and implement test plans, procedures, and verification documentation in simulated and real-world settings.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, evaluating their functionality and impact.
- Generate and modify documentation for formal testing reviews, including Test Readiness Review (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Test Data Review (TDR) packages.
- Execute platform integration, flight testing, qualification, and design verification tasks.
- Troubleshoot and analyze to identify and resolve hardware, software, and system issues through detailed data examination.
- Produce integration documentation, plan execution, perform data analysis, and verify requirements while effectively communicating results to leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical and numerical analysis to ensure optimal system performance and confirm requirements.
- Present technical findings and solutions to leadership and clients.
- Collaborate across functions to enhance performance and address system issues.
- Perform decision analysis and resolution by conducting trade studies and sharing results with stakeholders.
- Support mission execution with occasional travel (up to 25%) to various sites, including local RTX facilities and test sites.
