Requirements
Must:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related STEM field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in object-oriented software design and programming using C or C++
- Familiarity with Python or MATLAB for data set evaluation
- Experience with UNIX/Linux, Apple OS, or Windows DOS command line
- Knowledge in radar processing, Imaging RF systems, energy transport, radar physics, signal processing, and/or discrimination algorithms
- Ability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued Security Clearance before start date; U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions for advanced modeling techniques
- Create new C++ models in an adaptable and maintainable way
- Implement Radio Frequency (RF) phenomenology and advanced physics concepts in software
- Ensure our customers success by promoting and utilizing modeling solutions
- Work effectively within an established software product across various programming languages and technical environments
- Research and develop new RF modeling solutions
- Collaborate with multiple development teams to prioritize and resolve complex software and physics challenges
- Mentor team members and share expertise in RF
