Requirements
Must:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in system modeling, algorithm development, test vectors, or analysis tools.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as MATLAB, Python, C/C++, and/or Fortran.
Responsibilities
- Develop and sustain modeling tools that integrate Digital Signal Processing (DSP) with complex time domain elements.
- Analyze data to understand system performance and conduct root cause analysis.
- Incorporate radar system concepts, including detection, discrimination, tracking, and signal processing algorithms to model their behaviors and evaluate performance.
- Collaborate in a team environment, engaging with program or team experts and sharing your expertise to enhance discussions.
- Coordinate design plans and requirements analysis with cross-functional engineering teams.
- Utilize performance engineering practices and procedures to assess work across a diverse range of subject areas.
- Manage technical risks by evaluating design requirements and aspects.
- Develop models that validate proposed architectures and designs against set requirements, aiding in future technology development.
- Integrate effector system concepts into models to analyze their performance.
