Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Physics, Math, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Proven experience with missile subassembly integration and testing
- Familiarity with hardware qualification and Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP)
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) and Cost Account Management (CAM)
- Ability to obtain an Interim U.S. government issued security clearance before starting
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory for security clearance eligibility
Responsibilities
- Lead and engage with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure effective integration and mission readiness
- Collaborate across various functions to enhance performance and guarantee system reliability
- Design and execute test plans, procedures, and verification documents for both simulated and operational scenarios
- Develop integration documentation, validate requirements, and communicate outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders
- Conduct system-level testing and analyze results to ensure performance and functionality are validated
- Identify and rectify hardware, software, and system-level issues through thorough data analysis and troubleshooting
- Integrate hardware and software into tactical systems and assess operational impact and effectiveness
- Perform trade studies and present insights to stakeholders to facilitate technical decision-making
- Carry out statistical and numerical analysis of test data to confirm compliance and system performance
- Communicate technical findings and proposed solutions to both internal leadership and external clients
- Travel to support mission execution at RTX facilities, test locations, vendor sites, and customer environments
