Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is preferred with a minimum of 2 years of pertinent software engineering experience.
- Proficient in C and C++ programming languages.
- Familiarity with Agile or similar software development methodologies.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Perl.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain an interim Secret U.S. security clearance prior to the start date.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory for eligibility for a security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, integrate, and test application and embedded software for real-time missile systems.
- Implement System Security principles in missile software applications.
- Write software applications for various computing platforms using C and C++.
- Understand real-time software design and its performance impacts related to specific System Security implementations.
- Collaborate closely with the Systems Security Engineering team to articulate and realize requirements.
- Work within a shared development environment to facilitate the programs capability utilization.
- Engage with the customer community to review technical designs and validate the maturity of the system.
