Software Integration Lead Engineer

- Lead and oversee software integration and testing activities for the Tactical Radar Program within an agile framework. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional engineering teams to incorporate System Adjustable Parameters (SAPs) and guarantee precise identification of alterations. - Create and implement thorough test plans, procedures, and schedules to verify system functionality and performance. - Conduct extensive software endurance testing on tactical hardware to ensure system reliability and robustness under extended operational conditions. - Analyze and troubleshoot complex issues encountered during endurance testing, software builds, and site-specific problems, delivering timely solutions to adhere to program timelines. - Generate software metrics for each of the SPY-6 release branches for both internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborate closely with both internal and external partners to maintain build handoffs and operational transitions across various testing sites. - Provide technical leadership and support to ensure the successful execution of software integration and testing phases. - Prepare and present clear, concise, and engaging technical briefings and reports to customers, effectively communicating program progress and results. - Maintain strict compliance with quality assurance protocols, safety standards, and program requirements. - Serve as the primary contact for software-related testing activities, coordinating efforts among engineering disciplines to achieve program objectives. - Make priority decisions regarding backlog tasks. - Manage project scope, budget, and timeline. - Potential opportunities for domestic and international travel.
