Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the field.
- Proficient in software development, testing, and/or integration using C, C++, Python, Ada, or a similar programming language.
- Capability to secure and maintain a U.S. government Secret security clearance is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as scrum, scrum at scale, SAFe, and DevSecOps.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with critical time-sensitive demands.
- Experience in collaborative team settings aimed at formulating innovative solutions for complex technical challenges.
- Knowledge of tools like the Atlassian Suite (e.g., Bitbucket, Artifactory, Confluence, Crucible, Fisheye, Jira), Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible.
- Experience in a continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) setting.
- Understanding of Red Hat and Linux operating systems.
- Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles.
- Background in designing, coding, integrating, and testing expansive systems.
Responsibilities
- Engage in collaborative, cross-functional product teams to utilize Agile software development techniques in planning, designing, developing, testing, and integrating complex aerospace and defense software solutions.
- Participate in Agile execution and strive for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Systems and Software Integration and Test Engineers to assess, implement, and test system modifications to the existing baseline.
