Senior principal product manager

- Active U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start date - U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only citizens are eligible for security clearance - Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required - Minimum of ten years of relevant professional experience needed - Proficiency with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Program management - Experience in Test Systems Engineering or equivalent for both hardware and software development - Experience in managing cross-functional teams including project management, electrical, software, and mechanical - Familiarity with program management tools such as Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Risk Management - Experience in budget management and financial performance reporting - Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams is preferred - EVMS certification, Program Management certification, or equivalent is favorable - Strong communication skills to present performance results to various stakeholders - Experience in large program execution and proposal capture processes is beneficial - Understanding of Agile Methodologies is a plus
