Senior Test and Telemetry Engineering Lead

- Serve as the Test Event and Telemetry Lead, managing all testing activities in both lab and field settings, including preparation, execution, data collection, analysis, and reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support missile assembly and delivery processes, ensuring integration and milestone success. - Organize test readiness efforts to confirm alignment of equipment, configurations, and protocols with program timelines and requirements. - Oversee the lifecycle of telemetry testing equipment, including maintenance, hardware utilization tracking, and testing schedules. - Partner with Cyber Security to coordinate compliance efforts ensuring test equipment fulfills program specifications. - Implement software upgrades for telemetry tools and related testing systems. - Interpret engineering drawings related to test equipment to facilitate integration and troubleshooting. - Provide direct support during test events, including the planning and execution of acceptance tests. - Analyze telemetry data and relay findings effectively to engineering teams and customers. - Understand and assess Unit Under Test (UUT) engineering drawings and requirements to ensure accurate telemetry configurations. - Proactively collaborate across departments to guarantee availability of hardware, software builds, and readiness for testing events. - Keep orderly documentation of equipment conditions, telemetry setups, testing data, and official test reports. - Assist in customer coordination tasks including equipment shipping and test planning. - Utilize configuration and data management tools for maintaining traceability and documentation control. - Ability to obtain additional program clearances as necessary.
