Requirements

Must:
- A Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. - An active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is mandatory prior to the start date. - Proven expertise in System Security Engineering, computer technology reverse engineering, anti-tamper strategies, cybersecurity, or embedded security. - Experience in the design, development, and deployment of SSE systems. - Familiarity with Software, Firmware, Microelectronics Engineering, Cryptography, and FPGA design. - Proficient in attack threat modeling and Critical Program Information Assessments. - Demonstrable experience in the implementation and business development of SSE solutions throughout their lifecycle. - Cybersecurity certifications in compliance with DoDD 8570/DoDD 8140, such as CISSP, GSLC, CEH. - A strong understanding of technology and knowledge of DODI-S-5230.28. - Experience with aircraft/weapons integration is preferred. - Capable of strategic planning and proposal writing. - Exceptional creativity, ingenuity, and resourcefulness. - Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with coworkers, suppliers, stakeholders, and customers. - Experience collaborating within a team to devise innovative solutions to technical challenges.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with customers to identify Systems Security Engineering (SSE) requirements, solutions, costs, and system impact assessments. - Ensure adherence to National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) controls. - Provide consultation and support for program management regarding SSE architecture and related issues. - Assist in the preparation of bids and proposals for security solutions. - Implement security controls for networking devices, databases, operating systems, and hardware/software components. - Integrate cybersecurity development activities into existing frameworks.
