Requirements
Must:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in test planning and/or test execution.
- Familiarity with test-related reviews (e.g., Consent to Ship, Test Readiness Review, Engineering Safety Review Boards).
- Capability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance before the start date.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement test events culminating in multiple flight test demonstrations.
- Conduct thorough planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of testing activities.
- Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to ensure compliance with specifications and requirements.
- Prepare and manage documentation for formal testing reviews, including Test Readiness Review and other relevant assessments.
- Act as a liaison between the test execution team, customer representatives, and program leads during test event preparation and execution.
- Be prepared for up to 10% travel during field test execution periods.
