Senior Systems Engineer - Test Director

Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required along with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Prior experience in test planning and execution is essential.
- Familiarity with Hardware Systems Integration is necessary.
- Experience in conducting test-related reviews such as CTS, TRR, and ESRBs is expected.
- Must be able to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test events culminating in multiple flight test demonstrations.
- Carry out detailed planning, implementation, analysis, and reporting of testing activities.
- Perform integration, verification, and field qualification testing to confirm that the system under evaluation meets specifications and requirements.
- Create and manage documentation supporting reviews associated with formal testing, including Test Readiness Reviews (TRR), Consent to Ship (CTS), and Engineering Safety Review Boards (ESRBs).
- Act as a liaison between the test execution team, customer representatives (when present), and program leads throughout the preparation and execution of test events.
- This role may necessitate up to 10% travel during field test execution periods.
