Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) with at least 10 years of engineering experience.
- Proficient in Systems Engineering, Architecture, and/or Design.
- Familiarity with military systems and working knowledge of DoD procedures.
- Knowledge of earned value management (EVM) principles, including planning, tracking, and reporting on cost and schedule metrics.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of systems engineers along with multidisciplinary engineers.
- Manage the team and oversee project planning and execution.
- Act as Cost Account Manager (CAM) responsible for quarterly estimates and monthly project updates.
- Facilitate Design Reviews and Raytheon Gates (PDR, SRR, FCA, etc.).
- Oversee system requirements management through the verification process.
- Create, revise, and maintain Verification Plans and Reports.
- Foster collaboration and coordination across functions.
- Prepare Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and support through Gate 4.
- Align with program leadership on long-term strategy and planning.
- Review and contribute to trade studies and analyses.
- Manage Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), including report development and delivery.
- Develop presentation materials for customer interactions and briefings.
