Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Hardware & Software Integration
- Proficiency in developing test plans and procedures
- Familiarity with requirements evaluation and Verification and Validation methods
- Experience engaging directly with customers
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers in the integration and flight testing of Integrated Fires Protection Center (IFPC)
- Conduct integration, verification, and qualification testing to confirm system performance against specifications
- Perform data collection and analysis, providing detailed reports of findings
- Develop and update documentation for formal testing reviews, including Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Test Data Review (TDR) packages
- Support field tests, involving occasional travel for one to two weeks
- Assist in Proposal activities
