Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with at least 5 years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in E3 planning and execution. - Familiarity with test-related reviews such as Consent to Ship (CTS), Test Readiness Review (TRR), and Engineering Support Review Boards (ESRB). - Capability to obtain an Interim Secret U.S. government issued security clearance prior to the start date. - Experience with hardware and software integration, especially in military environments is preferred. - Knowledge of MIL STD 461/464 testing methodologies and lab environments. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in MS Office for documentation and briefings.

Responsibilities

- Verify development systems against Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Electromagnetic Vulnerability (EMV), and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) standards as per MIL-STD. - Develop and implement test plans and procedures for both simulated and real-world environments, aiding in flight test preparations. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate hardware and software into tactical systems, assessing their functionality. - Create or adjust documentation supporting formal testing reviews, including Test Readiness Review (TRR) and Test Data Review (TDR) packages. - Troubleshoot and analyze systems to resolve hardware, software, or operational issues through comprehensive data analysis. - Communicate findings and results to leadership and stakeholders. - Be prepared for approximately 10% travel during field test execution phases.
