Requirements
Must:
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required before start date.
- Must be a U.S. citizen to qualify for security clearance.
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) preferred with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with Requirements Analysis and/or Management using DOORS.
- Knowledgeable in Systems Engineering processes.
- Proven experience in developing, documenting, and maintaining processes, methods, and tools.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across various disciplines and work with Scrum teams to implement effective solutions.
- Develop and support the design and implementation of system architecture.
- Define, document, and manage system requirements carefully.
- Create and update Interface Design Documentation consistently.
- Monitor existing systems to identify performance bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis for improvements.
- Analyze data related to operations center hardware, software, and simulations.
- Utilize data analysis results to identify and resolve issues.
- Work collaboratively across engineering functions to enhance performance and tackle technical challenges.
- Assess radar system performance data against established requirements.
- Identify performance deficiencies and suggest innovative solutions.
- Present plans, designs, and system performance assessments to peers, internal leadership, and external customers effectively.
- Provide expertise to agile software development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements.
