Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) is required, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or 3 years with a related advanced degree
- Familiarity with contributions to sensor designs through concept trades/studies, preliminary design, final design, and/or qualification
- Proficiency in simulation and modeling tools like HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, PMM, and/or GRASP
- Experience with sensor measurements in near-field systems
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance is essential prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility
Responsibilities
- Advance sensor and radome designs ensuring system performance aligns with program and customer specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams including thermal, structural, mechanical, and systems engineering
- Produce and evaluate documentation for sensor system testing, including analyses, schematics, interface drawings, test plans, and specifications
- Engage closely with manufacturing suppliers for sensor production
- Analyze simulation and test data to confirm performance against established requirements
