Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required
- Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in RF technology is typically expected
- At least five (5) years of experience focused on Automation Test Equipment/Unit Under Test (ATE/UUT) Test Systems Engineering is needed
- Experience in both hardware and test software development, integration, verification, validation, and/or maintenance within production environments is required
- Effective communication skills within a cross-functional team of test professionals (electrical, software, mechanical, etc.) are essential
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot issues with test equipment, circuit boards, cables, and related components
- Analyze collected data and develop solutions or alternative methods to enhance performance and increase work efficiency
- Coordinate project tasks with various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives
- Work autonomously to achieve established goals
