Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or an advanced degree in a related field with corresponding experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, or a minimum of 3 years with an advanced degree
- Previous experience in a manufacturing setting
- Proven leadership abilities in team projects or executions
- Capability to obtain and maintain access to Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) regulations
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and provide precise rework instructions for hardware products
- Create and maintain spare parts and an obsolescence plan for test equipment
- Develop Basis of Estimates (BOE) for additional capacity and new capabilities
- Lead initiatives to reduce testing time and enhance processes using predictive metrics
- Formulate test flows and analyze test capacity
- Update technical data packages related to test equipment, including drawings and manuals
- Assist in complex fault isolation and repair tasks
- Direct investigations into root causes and corrective actions, utilizing fault trees
- Conduct risk assessments and support program risk register reviews
- Oversee projects and ensure successful execution
