Requirements
Must:
- Typically requires a Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Must possess an active and transferable U.S. DoD Secret security clearance prior to starting.
- Proven experience in technical leadership roles.
- Background in System Security Engineering, reverse engineering of computer technologies, Anti Tamper techniques, cybersecurity, or embedded security.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the integration of System Security Engineering solutions into RTX products.
- Collaborate with customers to delineate SSE requirements, solutions, trade-offs, costs, system effects, and efficacy.
- Assist in the creation of plans and estimates, execution of tasks, project monitoring, reporting, and identification of risks along with mitigation strategies.
- Plan and oversee SSE implementations within customer systems.
- Provide guidance to program management regarding SSE architectures and issues.
- Conduct threat modeling and Critical Program Information assessments.
- Develop high-level system requirements and ensure they cascade down to subsystems effectively.
- Ensure adherence to DoD technology release and export licensing regulations.
- Validate secure configurations of routers, switches, firewalls, servers, operating systems, applications, and additional assets using DoD-approved assessment tools.
- Perform leadership duties for specific tasks such as planning, product ownership, and scrum mastering.
