Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
- Experience in defining, decomposing, and modifying requirements
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required prior to start
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory to qualify for clearance
- Familiarity with electrical, electronics, and radio frequency systems is desirable
- Experience in Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Proficiency in evaluating and managing technical risks
- Knowledge of requirements management and Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as Cameo
- Previous experience in delivering technical presentations
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, especially in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of military systems, tactics, techniques, and procedures
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with the Program Manager, Chief Engineer, and Lead Systems Engineers to report team progress, issues, and required assistance
- Oversee the creation of system and subsystem requirements for complex projects by collaborating with multiple Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Provide systems engineering technical guidance in development, integration, troubleshooting, and failure investigations
- Lead technical discussions and develop action plans by leveraging expertise from company SMEs across various engineering disciplines
- Serve as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for multiple budget accounts
