Senior Principal Systems Engineer - CPTL

- Oversee cost, schedule, and execution of missile systems integration, verification, and validation efforts across the program - Lead a small team of engineers in planning and executing integration and test activities for missile sub-assemblies - Collaborate with systems engineers to define knowledge points, ensuring risk management throughout development - Mentor junior engineers in establishing structured processes for integration and test activities - Generate documentation including test plans, procedures, integration information sheets, test cases, and reports - Analyze data to identify and resolve system performance concerns, completing requirement verification - Compile and deliver data analysis to both internal and external stakeholders, including program management and customers - Work in partnership with various engineering teams to enhance performance and address issues, including operations and manufacturing - Present program plans and status updates to Program Management and U.S. Government clients - Travel as necessary to achieve program objectives, including routine inter-site travel within Massachusetts and occasional domestic or international trips
