Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or an Advanced degree with relevant experience
- At least ten (10) years of experience in software application development and integration using languages like C++, C#, Java, Python, or Visual Basic
- Ten (10) years of engineering experience using development environments and debugging tools for software integrity
- Proficient with Windows Operating System, Microsoft Visual Studio, and Azure DevOps Server
- Knowledge of laboratory instrumentation, electronics, and software such as NI VISA
- Minimum two (2) years of experience managing Test Equipment on DoD compliant systems or leading projects
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued (Secret) security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship
Responsibilities
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in the creation of test equipment
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a production setting
- Assist in cost and schedule management planning
- Provide updates to senior management regarding project progress
- Diagnose software and test equipment issues
- Develop specifications for software products
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills with Program Management
