My role involves providing automated services that allow software engineers to concentrate on mission capabilities, while overseeing the design, development, implementation, and integration of a sophisticated computer/network/storage infrastructure. This includes modernizing the platforms overarching design with cutting-edge technologies and using DevOps/DevSecOps tools, ultimately streamlining processes and enhancing collaboration. I will be part of a team tasked with managing development and operational environments for a vital national asset program, balancing hands-on engineering tasks with documentation and baseline control.
