Requirements
Must:
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is mandatory before the start date.
- U.S. citizenship is essential, as only U.S. citizens qualify for a security clearance.
- Current TS/SCI security clearance required from day one.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Physics.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and integrating platform infrastructure services with technologies like Kubernetes and Docker.
- Experience with programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, Bash, C++, C#, and Go.
- Familiarity with RedHat Linux.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the transition of systems closely linked to their foundational infrastructure.
- Assist in the architecture, design, development, integration, and maintenance of build, integration & test, and deployment pipelines.
- Utilize company standards and industry best practices for enhancing scalability, consistency, infrastructure efficiency, reducing deployment times, and automating configuration management.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and other agile development teams to craft and implement robust platform solutions.
- Embed security and compliance in the platform utilizing services like encryption and access management.
- Provide operational support for the platform.

I will be part of a team tasked with managing development and operational environments for a vital national asset program, balancing hands-on engineering tasks with documentation and baseline control.
