Requirements
Must:
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory for eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance (TS/SCI) required before commencement of employment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Physics) is typically required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Expertise in designing, implementing, and integrating platform infrastructure services, particularly with Kubernetes and Docker.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages, such as Python, Java, Ruby, Bash, C++, C#, and Go.
- Familiarity with RedHat Linux.
- Must meet DoD 8570 IAT level II requirements (Security CE or equivalent).
- Capability to secure CI Polygraph after onboarding is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate the transition of systems that are closely integrated with underlying infrastructure.
- Assist in the architecture, design, development, integration, and support of build, integration, test, and deployment pipelines.
- Utilize best practices from the company and industry to enhance scalability, consistency, and infrastructure efficiency while reducing deployment time and automating configuration management.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and other agile teams to create robust platform solutions.
- Integrate security measures and compliance protocols into the platform, including encryption and access management.
- Provide operational support for the platform and contribute to hands-on engineering tasks, documentation, and baseline management.
