Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience is necessary.
- Proficiency in IT, networking, and/or system administration, particularly with Command and Control (C2) system hardware (e.g., servers, switches, routers), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Virtual Machines/Containers, SQL databases, Active Directory (Windows/Linux), and/or VMware systems is essential.
- Experience in performing technical analysis, including data analysis and troubleshooting to identify root causes is crucial.
- Familiarity with virtual and hyper-converged platforms would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Lead the operations centers sustainability, execution, and reporting at the system level.
- Diagnose hardware and software challenges to uphold site operations and guarantee system dependability.
- Enhance and evolve platform capabilities, which include operating systems, networking, and cybersecurity components.
- Communicate with and report to U.S. Government clients and Program Leadership regarding system development and operational updates.
- Prepare comprehensive integration and implementation documentation, including plans, procedures, and reports.
- Offer support to teams managing the operational system in-country.
- Analyze data from operations center hardware, software, and simulations to pinpoint and resolve issues.
- Utilize data analysis findings to assist in identifying root causes and solutions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to enhance performance, improve system functionalities, and address technical challenges.
- This position is based in Tewksbury, MA.
