Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required.
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in systems administration for Linux, Networking, or Windows environments (desktop or server).
- Experience in user account management, software installation, and/or technical customer support.
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory, along with an active, current, and transferable U.S. government-issued DoD security clearance before starting.
- Preferred certifications include DoD 8570.01m IAT II such as Security+, CISM, etc.
- Familiarity with managing Operational Technology and/or test systems in production settings is advantageous.
- Previous experience in classified environments, including Special Access Programs, is preferred.
- Proficient troubleshooting skills for all Microsoft Windows and Linux systems are essential.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate both orally and in writing on technical matters is a must.
- Capacity for independent problem-solving when addressing hardware/software issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide guidance on Cybersecurity compliance for the production and procurement of Test Equipment (TE).
- Support the Flight Test capabilities and processes within Raytheons test systems.
- Develop Cybersecurity-compliant Test Equipment (Linux, IOS, Windows).
- Install necessary software packages and updates to improve operations and testing of production hardware.
- Troubleshoot both production and development Test Equipment to ensure connectivity, functionality, compliance, and test integrity.
- Collaborate with Digital Technologies to integrate Test Equipment into controlled networks or enterprises.
- Work with Cybersecurity teams to guarantee Test Equipment compliance using tools such as Nessus, Splunk, Ivanti, and proprietary software.
- Partner with engineering to ensure modifications do not affect Test Equipment availability or integrity.
- Assist in preparation for and conduct required reviews before implementing changes to Test Equipment.
