Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically necessary
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in software development
- Proficiency in C++ programming language
- Active and transferable Secret security clearance is mandatory prior to the start date
- U.S. citizenship is required to qualify for a security clearance
- Preferred degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
- Experience in the design, development, or integration of testing equipment or controlling complex hardware systems
- Strong organizational, coordination, and planning abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Software Agile Process
- Experience developing software in a Linux environment
- Understanding of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) terminology is beneficial
- Existing SSBI clearance is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to create software for Hardware-In-the-Loop (HWIL) facilities, specifically flight simulators for missiles
- Engage in software design, coding, and integration within a real-time setup
- Be prepared for travel up to 20% to assist with the development or delivery of our test environment equipment
- Perform integration tasks that align requirements with measured outcomes
- Troubleshoot RF systems effectively in various settings
