Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in C++ design principles on Linux, VxWorks, or other real-time operating systems
- Experience developing, testing, and integrating real-time software applications in C++
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, or Python
- Active and transferable U.S. Government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date
- U.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibility
Responsibilities
- Assist in all phases of software development life cycle within a multidisciplinary team
- Support both new and existing military and commercial initiatives from concept through design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance
- Provide innovative solutions to intricate technical system and software integration challenges
- Collaborate closely with Systems Engineers to create optimal solutions tailored to user and operational requirements
- May involve occasional travel for business-related purposes
