Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- At least 2 years of experience in data management or similar professional background
- Minimum of 2 years in a customer support/service capacity
- Deep understanding of U.S. government defense contracts and specifications
- Familiarity with regulations including FAR and DFARS, Data Item Descriptions, and NISPOM
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Self-driven and detail-oriented individual
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities
- Strong proofreading competence
Responsibilities
- Analyze contracts to understand deliverables
- Utilize a Product Data Management (PDM) system for tracking, managing, and organizing data deliverables and/or receivables
- Engage with cross-functional teams to gather requested information
- Review data for compliance with established requirements
- Oversee the schedule for data deliverables, ensuring timely submission to clients
- Acquire knowledge of required markings on data based on contract stipulations
- Generate and share forecast reports with relevant stakeholders
- Provide metrics related to timely deliveries and unresolved items upon request
- Evaluate and authorize sub-tier supplier statements of work concerning data needs
- Support program meetings and educate program staff, customers, and suppliers as required
- Safeguard Company Intellectual Property (IP) and manage U.S. government and classified information
