Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Experience in Data Management or Configuration Management, or professional customer support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Identify all data deliverables as outlined in contracts and create data tracks within a Product Data Management (PDM) system
- Determine the appropriate data preparers, receive and review data for compliance, and secure necessary programmatic approvals
- Ensure timely delivery of information to the customer throughout the lifecycle of contracts
- Review sub-tier contractor requirements, develop data tracks for supplier submissions, and gather data from various suppliers
- Route data for approval or incorporate into prime contractor deliverables for the U.S. Government customer and manage other related tasks to ensure compliance within the PDM system and configuration control
