Requirements
Must:
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory due to security clearance eligibility
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to onboarding
- Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required
- Minimum of eight years of related industry experience is expected
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and program management
- Experience in Test Systems Engineering or similar fields for hardware/software development and integration
- Proficiency with program management tools such as EVMS, Integrated Master Plan (IMP), and Risk Management
- Capability in managing budget, schedule, and financial reporting processes
- Previous experience with Budget Change Request (BCR) and Basis of Estimate (BOE) generation is advantageous
- Certification in EVMS or Program Management is preferable
- Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions
- Experience with the full lifecycle of engineering development and contract processes is desirable
- Familiarity with Automation Test Equipment functionalities and Agile methodologies is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead a diverse team of engineers in executing program-related projects
- Provide technical and project oversight to ensure successful outcomes
- Foster collaborative relationships with program offices and external customers
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with established budgets and timelines
- Utilize Earned Value Management practices to track project performance
- Oversee integration, verification, and validation of test systems
- Prepare financial reports and manage the Estimate at Complete (EAC) processes
- Coordinate with stakeholders during proposal development and contract execution
- Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment on project objectives
- Guide the transition from development to production and maintenance phases
