Principal Test Architect - NSMS

- Develop the test strategy for critical production aspects of the program and define metrics for progress measurement. - Facilitate the transition between Engineering Development and Production Test Program phases to streamline production assembly and testing solutions. - Define or optimize test environments and requirements to ensure timely deliveries. - Coordinate with internal and external organizations regarding test strategy, execution, and reporting activities. - Engage extensively with Program Managers, Directorate Leads, Chief Engineers, and Technical SMEs. - Collaborate with other program Integrated Product Teams to leverage subject matter experts for addressing emerging issues across systems, software, and hardware domains. - Represent the Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities directorate within the program. - Regularly interface with the customer community to provide updates on test status, issues, and address programmatic concerns. - Maintain a solid understanding of Model-Based Systems Engineering and its application in Integration and Testing for the test strategy. - Mentor junior Test Architects in their responsibilities. - Travel domestically and internationally as necessary. - Ability to obtain additional program clearances as required.
