Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelors degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM is preferred) and at least 8 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in Systems Engineering
- Background in working on a Missile Program
- Proficiency in delivering analytical and technical presentations
- Familiarity with the Systems Engineering Product Development Cycle
Responsibilities
- Update, maintain, and enhance requirements and documentation for development and production projects
- Assist in design and system verification testing
- Provide Systems Engineering support and guidance during integration and testing phases
- Facilitate system performance analysis, integration, and test activities
- Mentor team members and engage with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Model system development and production processes utilizing Cameo
- Participate in failure investigations
- Promote knowledge transfer within and across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Cross-Functional Teams (CPTs)
- Conduct trade studies and present findings to clients
- Support the integration and verification of test equipment software for system testing
