Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelors Degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics)
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in writing, decomposing, and tracing requirements
- Familiar with military systems, tactics, techniques, and procedures
- Knowledgeable in Systems Engineering Product Development Cycle
- Experience in system safety, reliability, and configuration management
- Active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance required before start date
- U.S. citizenship necessary for eligibility of security clearance
Responsibilities
- Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM), monitoring cost performance and schedule compliance
- Create, sustain, and refine system and subsystem requirements, interfaces, behaviors, and architecture
- Conduct requirements flow down, allocation, traceability, and develop the Requirements Verification Matrix
- Utilize tools such as Cameo Model Based Systems Engineering and DOORS for Requirement Management
- Lead technical discussions with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across various engineering areas to devise plans of action and conduct analyses
