Responsibilities
In the role of Platform DevOps Engineer II, you will lead a transformative phase in software engineering, focusing on the blend of development and operations through a comprehensive cloud-based platform. Your key tasks will include:
- Supporting the transition of a system tightly linked to its underlying infrastructure.
- Assisting in the design, development, integration, and support of build, integration & test, and deployment pipelines optimized for performance and scalability in cloud environments.
- Leveraging company best practices to enhance scalability, consistency, and reduce deployment time while automating configuration management.
- Collaborating with software engineers, data scientists, and agile teams to design and implement robust platform solutions.
- Integrating security and compliance measures such as encryption and access management into the platform.
- Providing operational support for the platform.
