Lower tier air & missile defense Jira admin

- Oversee user management, including account setup and permissions, as well as onboarding and offboarding processes for EIM/AD groups. - Ensure uniformity and standardization across all Jira projects, both classified and unclassified. - Conduct regular maintenance for systems to maintain optimal performance and reliability. - Provide direct support to users, addressing inquiries, resolving problems, and delivering training as required. - Design, implement, and oversee workflows, permissions, and project structures to meet specific requirements for the LTAMDS program. - Aid in system upgrades to facilitate smooth transitions with minimal disruption. - Manage integrations with other tools and pipelines, including Confluence and GitLab. - Initiate necessary customizations and enhancements to improve system functionality, utilizing plugins such as Structure, Project Configurator, ScriptRunner, and JSU Automation. - Develop and sustain dashboards, reports, and queries to address reporting needs and deliver actionable insights. - Create and maintain detailed documentation covering system configurations, processes, and user guides. - Monitor system performance and usage proactively to address potential issues. - Write and maintain scripts to automate processes or enhance system capabilities. - Refactor existing implementations, with approval, to comply with best practices in software development.
