Requirements
Must:
We require applicants to possess a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), along with 10 years of relevant professional experience. An active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance is essential prior to the start date, and U.S. citizenship is mandatory as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Candidates should have experience in computer technology, cybersecurity, Anti Tamper, or related fields within systems security engineering, as well as technical leadership experience. Familiarity with System Requirements definition and analysis, System Test and Analysis, and Systems Engineering Studies is also necessary.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead a team of System Security Engineers (SSE) to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of customer systems. You'll perform task lead duties such as planning, product ownership, and cost account management. You're expected to support plan development, task execution, project tracking, and risk identification and mitigation strategies. Collaboration with functional leadership for staffing the team based on skill needs and budgets is important, as is engaging with customers to define cybersecurity requirements, solutions, costs, and impacts. You will guide the creation of bids and proposals in coordination with various stakeholders, and provide support for the development of Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation and controls.
