Requirements

Must:
- I require an active and transferable U.S. government-issued security clearance before the start date. - U.S. citizenship is necessary, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. - Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Poly – Current - Typically, I expect a BS/BA degree in a STEM field (Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Physics) and at least 5 years of relevant work experience. - Advanced experience in designing, configuring, deploying, and supporting Juniper network systems. - Proficiency in Linux System Administration (e.g., RHEL 6.0). - CompTIA Security certification must be obtained within 90 days after starting in this role.

Responsibilities

- You will utilize best practices from the company and industry to design, deploy, implement, modernize, and support scalable Juniper network solutions. - You will be responsible for architecting and supporting Juniper Network systems, focusing on performance and scalability across various computing environments. - Your experience with command-line interfaces (CLI) will aid in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Juniper hardware. - You will leverage your Linux skills at the command line to deploy updates and make changes to Juniper-based network systems as needed. - I expect you to provide guidance on network resource allocation, utilization, and optimization. - Strong troubleshooting skills are essential, along with experience in network issue resolution and prevention. - You will apply your in-depth knowledge of core routing and switching protocols, such as BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, and VLANs, to meet the program’s networking demands.

We offer a competitive salary range of $82,000 to $164,000, which reflects a good faith estimate representative of various experience levels.
