Requirements
Must:
- A degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) is typically required
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is necessary
- Proficiency in developing, testing, and integrating real-time software applications in C++ or similar programming languages
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell, Perl, or Python
- An active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance
- Must be a U.S. citizen, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Responsibilities
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Support both new and existing military and commercial programs from concept through design, development, integration, testing, and maintenance
- Provide innovative solutions to complex technical challenges involving system and software integration
- Collaborate with Systems Engineers to develop optimal solutions that consider user and operational needs
- Be prepared for occasional business-related travel
